BEEF STEW


POT ROAST


Ingredients:
1 Roast
1 medium Onion
1 Clove of garlic
1 1/2 cups Red Wine
3 Bay leafs
2 cups Water
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Place roast on the bottom of a deep pot (or crockpot). Cut up onion and garlic. Add all ingredients to the pot letting cook on medium/low heat for several hours until cooked through. 45 minutes before serving, add optional potatoes or other vegitables.
