Warm Rice-Vinegar Dressing

INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seed, ground
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste


INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Place all ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking frequently.
  2. Remove from heat, set aside to cool slightly. Serve warm. Store in a sealed container in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
