Creamy Cucumbers



2/3 cup plain yogurt (yogurt cheese would be nice also)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups thinly sliced unpeeled cucumbers (2 medium)
1 small onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
Make sure that the cucumbers have been seeded and drained prior to mixing ingredients.

1.In medium bowl, mix ingredients until well blended.
2.Cover; refrigerate about 4 hours or until chilled.
